Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Transfer to Ilboru Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Arusha National Park – Game drive, Ngurdoto Crater visit, and return to Ilboru Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Game drive and overnight at Lake Burunge Tented Camp.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park to Karatu – Morning game drive, journey to Karatu, and overnight at Eileen’s Trees Inn.

Day 1

Arrival - Ilboru Safari Lodge - Arusha

Your safari begins with a stay at the tranquil Ilboru Safari Lodge, nestled in the suburbs of Arusha right after we pick you up at the airport. This mid-range lodge offers a serene ambiance and a beautiful garden, providing the perfect setting to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead. Enjoy a delicious breakfast to fuel your excitement.

Day 2

Arusha National Park - Ilboru Safari Lodge

After breakfast, we head to Arusha National Park, a haven of diverse fauna and flora. This park’s picturesque landscapes have attracted Hollywood, with scenes from the movie “Hatari” filmed here. Get ready to encounter a variety of wildlife, including buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, zebras, and fascinating bird species. Don’t miss the opportunity to observe the black and white colobus monkeys, known for their incredible tree-climbing and jumping abilities. Lunch will be served at a scenic picnic site, allowing you to savor the surroundings. Return to Ilboru Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park - Lake Burunge Tented Camp

Experience the wonders of Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River that sustains its wildlife during the dry season. This park’s dense vegetation, including elephant grass and acacia woodlands, serves as a habitat for various animals. Embark on a short drive to Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast. As you embark on a game-viewing drive, prepare to be enchanted by the park’s diverse terrain and rich biodiversity. Spot troops of baboons, elephants, and if you’re lucky, the famous tree-climbing lions. Lake Manyara National Park provides a unique safari experience and is a haven for nature lovers. Savor a packed lunch at a picturesque picnic site and then return to Eileen’s Trees Inn for dinner and relaxation.

Day 12

Return to Arusha and Farewell

On your final day, savor a hot cup of tea orcoffee as you enjoy breakfast at your lodge. Take some time to relax and reflect on the incredible moments you’ve experienced throughout your safari. Afterward, pack your belongings and embark on a scenic drive back to Arusha in our private safari Land Cruiser. This marks the end of your epic “Golden Photography” adventure, leaving you with a certificate to commemorate your extraordinary journey.

If you’re returning home, we will ensure your transfer to the airport for your flight. Alternatively, if you wish to extend your adventure, we can assist in arranging additional accommodation or a flight to the beautiful island of Zanzibar.
