Whether traveling by 4×4, private vehicle, rental, or tour vehicle, the journey typically takes about half an hour from Ngongongare Gate and less than five minutes from Ngurudoto Museum. While cycling and walking safaris are permitted within the park, visitors should coordinate with TANAPA rangers and consult park authorities beforehand.
